How Salary Ranges Are Structured

We use a zone system based on location. Salaries are benchmarked using industry-wide data available via Ravio, ensuring they reflect the market average for each country.

  • Zone A – Czechia, Greece, Hungary

  • Zone B – Estonia, Poland, Spain

  • Zone C – Finland, Sweden

  • Zone D – Denmark, Netherlands, Norway
