The position
The Team Lead, Technical Sales Engineers, Sweden role, is a role responsible to manage the operations of our TSE's in our largest market, Sweden. The responsibility of the Team Lead is to support the team of 7+ sales engineers, set & monitor team targets, mentor & develop the team, help with new technical projects and more! Job requirements

What you will do

  • You are responsible for setting up and leading a team of TSE’s (Technical Sales Engineers) that will support our expansion in Sweden, Norway.

  • You will be responsible for facilitating the team and enabling them to grow. There is a current team of 7 people

  • Be responsible for setting team targets and monitor their progress

  • You have a structured mind, and are focused on creating overviews and insights when it comes to workload and team priorities.

  • You’re eager and equipped to understand technical integrations and can guide the team in difficult cases.

  • Be the point of escalation for technical issues and decision making

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s in electrical/automation/mechanical engineering or equivalent experiences

  • 3+ years leadership experience managing & mentoring a technical team

  • Experience in industrial processes e.g. paper & wood, metal, waste & water, greenhouses, energy, EVs, logistics, heavy industry

  • Strong capabilities to create remote teams and foster an open/trust relationship

  • Ability to take ownership of complex issues and deliver results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to explain complex topics in simple and understandable way

  • Availability to travel as required to visit team members and attend team events

  • Flexible work environment, partly from home and from the Stockholm Office in Sweden.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English required, other languages are nice to have
