Job description
The position:
Sympower is looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst & Automation Specialist to join our fast growing team. In this role, you'll focus on collecting, analysing, and optimising marketing data from multi-channel Demand Generation campaigns using HubSpot, Clay, and similar platforms. You’ll build dashboards, automate workflows, and creatively use data to enrich account lists. You’ll also play a key role in supporting semi-automated outreach campaigns, driving scalable growth across various regions.
You’ll contribute to strategic campaign brainstorming by providing insights from data analysis, suggest technological solutions, and ensure best practices for marketing automation are in place. You will develop and optimise data flows, ensuring that content distribution strategies are targeted, efficient, and drive growth.
As part of our global marketing team, you’ll collaborate with experts in Communications, PR, Content Marketing, Social Media, Growth Marketing, and Product Marketing to ensure data supports strategic objectives.

Job requirements
What you’ll do:
- Collect, analyse, and report on marketing data through dashboards to track multi-channel campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enrich target accounts, qualify leads through data-driven insights, and ensure smooth data handoff between systems.
- Develop and manage automated workflows and processes that streamline marketing operations & semi-automated outreach campaigns via Clay & La Growth Machine.
- Maintain and oversee the integration of marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, ABM platforms) to ensure data accuracy and effective lead management.
What you'll need:
- Extensive experience in analysing multi-channel marketing data, interpreting KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to optimise campaign performance.
- Proven expertise in designing, managing, and automating marketing operations workflows, including semi-automated outreach campaigns using platforms like HubSpot and Clay.
- Strong technical proficiency in marketing automation, lead enrichment, and data optimization, with a track record of enhancing account lists and driving scalable growth.
- Deep experience with HubSpot, marketing analytics tools, and leveraging AI for driving growth and improving marketing effectiveness.
