Job description

The position: 

Sympower is looking for a GTM/Clay automation specialist to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will drive growth by leveraging a modern tech stack and advanced data insights to optimise our Go-to-Market initiatives.

Are you a data AI genius with a passion for driving growth? This role is perfect for someone who thrives on uncovering opportunities, designing growth campaigns, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams. You will track intent signals and engage high-priority accounts using tools like Clay, AI, Commonroom, and other technologies you bring expertise in, ensuring we utilise the best solutions to accelerate growth.

Collaboration will be an important part of your work as you partner with SDRs, AEs, Marketing, and RevOps to align strategies, streamline processes, and target the right accounts.

Leveraging your expertise in automation and data-driven insights, you will support impactful outreach campaigns, and design a comprehensive Total Addressable Market (TAM) and scoring framework.

Job requirements

What you’ll do:

  • Track Intent Signals: Leverage Clay, and other intent data platforms to identify and act on buying signals, enabling timely, targeted engagement with high-priority accounts.

  • Drive Demand Generation: Build and optimise scalable workflows using tools like Clay, HubSpot, Lemlist, LaGrowthMachine, combining data-driven insights for outreach.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with SDRs, AEs, Marketing, and RevOps to align strategies, optimize processes, ensure seamless integration of GTM initiatives, and confirm that the right accounts are being targeted effectively.


What you'll need:

  • Strong technical knowledge of modern GTM tech stacks tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Lemlist), with demonstrated experience in intent data tracking & outreach automations.

  • Advanced technical expertise in marketing automation, lead enrichment, and data optimization, with a proven track record of enhancing account segmentation.

  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with a history of successfully aligning Sales, Marketing, and RevOps strategies to achieve shared objectives.

  • Deep experience with HubSpot, marketing analytics platforms, and integrating AI-driven solutions to improve campaign performance, and increase marketing/sales efficiency.
