The position
Sympower is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Hungary to join our fast-growing team!
Your main objective will be inbound lead management and outbound prospecting, aimed at driving revenue growth in Hungary and helping businesses achieve their goals. You will be responsible for proactively initiating conversations and identifying and qualifying potential customers through strategic outreach efforts.
The SDR position at Sympower offers a unique career progression track, preparing you for future roles within our sales team. As an SDR, you will have a fixed base salary and you will have the potential to earn an additional through bonus metrics.

Job requirements
What you’ll do:
Use Hubspot to manage inbound leads effectively, proactively initiating conversations, and identifying and qualifying potential customers.
Conduct targeted outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach, and social selling.
Use social media, particularly LinkedIn, for thought leadership, engaging with our ICP, and creating and sharing content.
Collaborate closely with the Business Development Director to identify potential customers and target industries.
Build relationships and stay updated on trends by attending events and tradeshows.
What you'll need:
4+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets and working independently - energy industry experience is a plus.
Fluent ability in English and Hungarian to work with Sympower employees and contact local Hungarian leads
Excitement for growth in B2B SaaS sales and contribute to a more sustainable future!
Communicate articulately both over the phone and in written format (e.g., email, LinkedIn, Slack, etc.)
You enjoy making calls and spending part of your day on the phone, email, and social media.
Experience or a strong willingness to learn technical sales tools such as HubSpot Sales Hub, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Aircall, Clay, etc.
