The position
As a Scrum Master, you’ll help our teams become more Agile by encouraging a culture of continuous experimentation and improvement. You’ll also collaborate with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the team delivers value and gains valuable feedback. Seeing as we’re a scale-up in a very dynamic and evolving market, helping the team find the right balance between flexibility and focus will be one of your top priorities.
What you will do
Coach, assist, and challenge the team so they can grow in maturity and agility.
Encourage and enable continuous improvement within the team
Organise, prepare, and facilitate scrum ceremonies such as the sprint planning and retrospective, but also the occasional workshop, brainstorming session, or planning meeting
Coach and assist the Product Manager of the team, for example, with the product backlog
Help and coach stakeholders in their interactions with the team
Remove impediments during sprints
Improve knowledge of Agile in the organization, for example, by organising workshops or training courses.
Ensure everybody on the team is engaged and having a good time!
Job requirements
What you will need
Great collaboration and communication skills
Deep understanding of team dynamics and coaching
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
Experience with remote teams and an international environment
A toolbox full of engaging and fun workshop formats
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Experience with scale up environments is a plus
Experience with Miro and Jira is a plus
