The position
As a Scrum Master, you’ll help our teams become more Agile by encouraging a culture of continuous experimentation and improvement. You’ll also collaborate with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the team delivers value and gains valuable feedback. Seeing as we’re a scale-up in a very dynamic and evolving market, helping the team find the right balance between flexibility and focus will be one of your top priorities.


What you will do

  • Coach, assist, and challenge the team so they can grow in maturity and agility.

  • Encourage and enable continuous improvement within the team

  • Organise, prepare, and facilitate scrum ceremonies such as the sprint planning and retrospective, but also the occasional workshop, brainstorming session, or planning meeting

  • Coach and assist the Product Manager of the team, for example, with the product backlog

  • Help and coach stakeholders in their interactions with the team

  • Remove impediments during sprints

  • Improve knowledge of Agile in the organization, for example, by organising workshops or training courses.

  • Ensure everybody on the team is engaged and having a good time!

Job requirements

What you will need

  • Great collaboration and communication skills

  • Deep understanding of team dynamics and coaching

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies

  • Experience with remote teams and an international environment

  • A toolbox full of engaging and fun workshop formats

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

  • Experience with scale up environments is a plus

  • Experience with Miro and Jira is a plus
