Sympower is seeking a skilled HubSpot CRM Specialist for our new Sales Operations Team. You will be the go-to person for HubSpot and bring your expertise to the forefront in troubleshooting, optimising, and driving continuous improvements of our CRM processes. Your (technical) skills will be crucial in maintaining a seamless and efficient sales operation that aligns with our overarching commercial and business goals.

You will be part of the Sales Operation Team operating from our office located in the centre of Amsterdam, however remote European based qualified applications of will also be considered.

Job requirements

What you will do

  • You will be leading in defining and articulating the CRM strategy based on insights into (internal) customer needs and business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with various departments to analyse and enhance workflows, automations and processes, optimising the utilisation of HubSpot across the business.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure consistency, implement customer communication strategies and execute (email) campaigns.

  • Build and develop Dashboards and Reports in HubSpot based on input from several stakeholders across the business. You will have a big impact on how we look at data within Sympower.

  • Provide necessary training and support to application users.

What you will need

  • 5+ years working experience with demonstrated expertise in effectively utilising and managing CRM systems, strong preference for HubSpot specifically.

  • Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving technical issues related to CRM systems.

  • Ability to define and articulate a comprehensive CRM strategy that affects the business at all levels.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse and optimise workflows and processes. Comprehension of Sales & Marketing (Commercial) processes.

  • Data-driven approach, analytical skills, attention to detail

  • Fluent in English (other languages are nice to have)

  • This role will ideally be based in the Netherlands, but we are open to qualified, remote European applicants!
