The position

Sympower is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our fast growing team. Your main objective will be to design, execute, and evaluate multi-channel Account Based Marketing and Demand Generation campaigns across various regions using HubSpot and other ABM tools.

You'll contribute to strategic campaign brainstorming, offer insights on technology and best practices, and develop innovative content distribution strategies that drive growth.

As part of our global marketing team, you'll collaborate with experts in Communications, PR, Content Marketing, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Product Marketing. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will lead the growth team and drive our efforts across multiple markets and countries.

For location- we are open to this role working from one of our office locations, or working remotely from one of our EU hiring locations!

What you will do

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team in multi-channel go-to-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales to qualify leads, ensure smooth handoff, and measure lead conversion.
  • Analyse campaign performance to identify improvements and optimise future efforts.
  • Manage budget for demand and lead generation activities and maintain strong partner relationships.

Job requirements

What you will need

  • 4+ years of demand generation experience in fast-paced environments, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS Growth Marketing with high annual contract value

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market campaigns that drive revenue growth.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful (go-to-market) marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.

  • In-depth experience with HubSpot, marketing analytics, and leveraging AI for growth marketing.

  • Passion for data-driven marketing and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Fluent in English and other languages are nice to have
